Stitch’d Up is a custom embroidery brand specializing in 1 of 1, made-to-order pieces. Each item is uniquely designed and crafted just for you—no two are ever the same.

2. What types of items do you offer?

We currently offer:

• Custom embroidered jackets (letterman, denim, utility)
• Bucket hats
• Hoodies & sweatshirts
• Personalized accessories (tote bags, patches, etc.)

3. How do I place a custom order for items not listed on the website?

You can place an order by filling out our contact now form 

Be sure to include:

• Item type (e.g. jacket, hat)
• Preferred color/style
• Design inspiration (words, images, themes)

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Because all items are custom and made by hand, please allow:

• 5–7 business days for design confirmation
• 4–6 weeks for production and embroidery (depending on item & complexity)
• Shipping time depends on your location

Rush orders may be available—just ask!

5. Can I see a design preview before you start?

Yes! We’ll send a digital mock-up for approval before stitching begins. You’ll have the chance to request small edits before finalizing.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there is a mistake on our end (wrong color, size, or spelling), we’ll make it right.

7. How much do custom pieces cost?

Pricing varies depending on the item, size, and design complexity. Starting prices:

• Bucket hats: $100+
• Hoodies: $80+
• Jackets: $350+ (depending on jacket type)

We’ll provide a quote after discussing your design.

8. Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale?

At this time, Stitch’d Up focuses on one-of-one, exclusive pieces. If you’re interested in a small batch for a special project or group, feel free to contact us to discuss.

9. How do I care for my embroidered items?

To keep your custom piece fresh we recommend dry clean only

10. Can I send in my own item to get embroidered?

While we do provide all garments for custom pieces, we can make exceptions in some cases. Message us to confirm if your item is eligible.
